Let’s Talk: Mark Bowman, Founder of Tea & Trumpets

I discovered Tea & Trumpets at the Sonoma Friday Farmer’s Market years ago, and it opened my eyes to the range and flavor of loose-leaf teas. Mark talked to us about how he got into the tea business, the story behind his company name, and the growing list of places where you can find his delicious teas throughout Sonoma County. (We gave a special shout-out to Spread Kitchen, one of my favorite restaurants in Sonoma, which features a special Tea & Trumpets mint iced tea blend.

What’s Feeling Alive: Golf and Mental Health

Hi, it’s Lyle here, Allison’s husband and co-host this week.

I closed out the show with some reflections on how more and more players in professional golf are vulnerably — and publicly — sharing their struggles with mental health, and how I think that’s a great thing for the sport and the wider world.

Thanks for being here,

Allison
